Man Dies of Heart
Attack In Auto

   Kenneth S. Frazier, 55, of Woodruff, was pronounced dead on arrival at St. Michael’s Hospital in Stevens Point Friday after he suffered a heart attack while driving his car.
   Portage County Sheriff’s Department deputies said Frazier was driving west on Highway 10, 2 1/2 miles east of Stevens Point, about 11:15 a.m. when he blacked out.  The car ran off the roadway into the north ditch.
   Following an autopsy Portage County Coroner Emil E. Przekurat confirmed that Frazier died of a heart attack.  There was no damage to the car.

  • Mother: Rose M. (Miller) Frazier born about 1921 in St. Francis, Milwaukee County, WI, daughter of Frank Peter Miller (1881-1940) and Mary (Blum) Miller (1885-1971)

According to the 1950 U.S. Census for Gourley Township, Menominee County, MI, living on Co. Rd. A, the household members were:

“Kenneth S. Frazier, head, age 34, married, born in Minnesota, Occupation: Truck driver – Forest Products; Rose Frazier, wife, age 28, married, born in Wisconsin; Kenneth A. Frazier Jr., son, age 8, never married, born in Wisconsin”
