According to the 1850 U.S. Census for the Town of Avon, Lake County, IL, the household members were:

Gray, age 13, born in New York; Henry Gray, age 10, born in Illinois; Lucinda Gray, age 8, born in Illinois; Almira Gray, age 6, born in Illinois; Malvina Gray, age 4, born in Illinois; Polly Fuller, age 66, born in Canada”

According to the U.S. Revolutionary War Pensioners, 1801-1815, 1818-1872 (Springfield Illinois; For Chicago Ill see Texas):

“Name.: Polly – Fuller, Samuel; Rank.: private; Half Yearly Allowance.: 48.00 (see page before Illinois act May 15, 1828); 1853. March: 1; 1853. September: 1; 1854. March: 1”

According to the Illinois, U.S., Wills and Probate Records, 1772-1999 (Lake County, IL; Case Number: 286; Item Description: Probate Case Files, Box No. 2, Files 216-315, 1852-1854):

“In the name of God, Amen: I Polly Fuller of the town of Avon, in the County of Lake, and State of Illinois, of the age of sixty seven years, and being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare, to these witnesses present, this to be my last will and testament in manner following that is to say:
   That whereas Obed H. Crawford who is my son-in law has been very kind to me, and at various times taken care of and supported me; I do give and bequeath unto him and his heirs and executors the personal property that is now due me from the government of the United States to wit: a salary of five years back pay of ninty-six dollars a year which is in the hands of Lynn ? Gates, who has acted as my agent in the collection of the funding which I by the laws of the United States was entitled to in behalf of Samuel Fuller who was my lawful husband.
   Signed by the following witnesses the 22d day of April A. D. 1854.

Van Denmark being duly sworn do depose and say that the word in the foregoing will which purports to be the language of Polly Fuller deceased and who died on Monday the 17th day of April A.D. 1854 were spoken by her to me at various times, and in her last sickness more particularly as being her last will or wish with regard to the said above described, back pay or pension.

Crawford where Polly Fuller did reside, and in various conversation with her heard her say the words that are in the foregoing will and purport to be her language, and that in her last sickness she stated to me distinctly that it was her will and desire that the said Crawford in consideration of his kindness to her should receive the pension that is therein named, and I do further affirm that the said Polly Fuller died on Monday, the 17th day of April A. D. 1854.

According to the “FULLER GENEALOGIES: Compiled, Published and For Sale by William H. Fuller”, Volume III, Palmer, MA. Sept., 1914, pages 60-61:

SIXTH GENERATION.

   “12 SAMUEL6 FULLER, (Samuel5, Samuel4, Timothy3, Samuel2, Matthew1) b. Aug. 11, 1765, in East Haddam, Ct.; d. Jan. 13, 1844, in Hume, Alleghany Co., N. Y.  m. 1, ___; m. ___, m. 3, Mary Beach who survived him and was living in 1853.
   He removed with his father to Campton and Rumney, N. H., and thence westward.  In 1838 he was in Oregon, Ogle Co., Illinois.  The above identification is not absolutely sure, but is believed to be correct.  The party who furnished the information about this family is dead, and the town clerk at Hume; nor the parties he referred to can furnish no information concerning this family.

   Born in Durand, Ill.
Wife of Charles Fry.
Descendant of Samuel Fuller, as follows:
1. Alonzo Crawford (b. 1839) m. 1874 Martha Crawford (b. 1850).
2. O. H. Crawford (d. 1896) m. 1836 Lucenda Fuller (d. 1872).
3. Samuel Fuller (1766-1844) was pension, 1818, for service as private under Captains Gilman and Frye, Major Gibbs, Colonels Dearborn and Reed, New Hampshire Line.  He died in Hume, N. Y.”
