In their older years, He and Ruth worked in their home in Round Lake Beach, IL running a dispatching service for police and fire departmens (sic) of Round Lake, Round Lake Beach, Round Lake Park and for other local towns in the vicinity of Northern Illinois. They were so loved by the people of the community that hundreds of police and firemen showed up to their burial services.
Harold Gahan Jr and his roomate (sic) moved to Florida in 2007 and have informed us that they informed us that he will be moving back to Illinois soon.”
