Lois E. Geshus, 72, of Apache Junction, AZ, passed away Thursday, January 10, 2002 in Mesa, AZ. Formerly of Round Lake.
She leaves her daughter: Carol (Keith) Huey of Apache Junction, AZ; sons: David (Toni) Geshus of Highland Park; Thomas Geshus of Chandler, AZ; grandchildren: Carrie and Tony Geshus of Phoenix, AZ; Brother, Richard Fuss of Round Lake Beach.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Anthony Geshus in 1980, and her Mother: Elsie Hartwig in 1998.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Monday, January 14, 2002 at the STRANG FUNERAL CHAPEL & CREMATORIUM, LTD., 410 E. Belvidere Rd., Grayslake, IL 60030. Internet (sic) will be privately held at Highland Memorial Park Cemetery in Libertyville.

“Elsie L. Hartwig
Services for Elsie L. Hartwig (nee Klingstrom), 89, of Round Lake, will be held at 3 p.m. today, at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, Ltd., 410 E. Belvidere Road, Grayslake. The Rev. Lisle J. Kauffman of Calvary Presbyterian Church, Round Lake, will officiate.
Born March 3, 1908, in Chicago, she died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 1998, at the Winchester House Care Facility, Libertyville. Interment will follow the services, in Fort Hill Cemetery, Round Lake.
Mrs. Hartwig had resided in the Round Lake area since 1935. She was a former member of the Grayslake Senior Club.
Survivors include her daughter, Lois Geshus of Round Lake Park; son, Richard (Mary) Fuss of Round Lake Beach; grandchildren, Thomas, Carol and David; and great-grandchildren, Carrie and Tony.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Adolph Fuss in 1950 and Carl Hartwig in 1976.
Friends of the family may visit from 1 p.m. until the time of services at 3 p.m. today, at the funeral chapel. Memorials may be made to the Winchester House in her name.
