According to the Chicago Tribune (Chicago IL) Sunday, November 2, 1941, page 18:

“Justin Jackson, 60, a laborer employed on the farm of Maurice Dhuyvetter on the Volo-Gilfer (sic Gilmer) road near Volo in Lake county, was killed while walking near the farm by the automobile of J. J. Hurley, 4405 North Kenneth avenue.”
