Klemm, wife, age 26, married at age 18, born in Czechoslovakia, parents born in Germany, immigrated in 1907, occupation: proprietor – confectionary stand; Dorothy M. Klemm, daughter, age 6, single, born in Illinois”

According to the 1940 U.S. Census for Grant Township, Lake County, IL living on Route Twelve, the household members were:

DOROTHY MARIE McNALLY
   “GENOA CITY, WIS. – Dorothy Marie McNally, 79, Genoa City, Wis., died Tuesday, May 6, 2003, at Burlington Memorial Hospital in Burlington, Wis.
   She was born Dec. 31, 1923, in Chicago, to Otto and Rose (Jankovich) Klemm.  On Oct. 10, 1941, she married James McNally in Round Lake.
   She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in McHenry.
   Survivors include six daughters, Karen (David) Henderson of Talladega, Ala., Patricia (Michael) McDonough of Bristol, Wis., Candee (Alan) McCabe of Oceanside, Calif., Jamie (Steve) Hecht of Chula Vista, Calif., Joy (Gerald) Henningfeld of McHenry and Jill Duke of Mancheser, Tenn.; 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Elaine Cross of Johnsburg.
   Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 9, at Colonial Funeral Home, 591 Ridgeview Drive, McHenry.  Services will be at noon Saturday, May 10, at the funeral home.  The Rev. Aden Loest will officiate.  Interment will be in Fort Hill Cemetery in Round Lake.
