GORDON PORTEUS (sic), 17, OF ROUND LAKE PARK, DIES
   “Gordon Charles Porteus, 17 of Bellview Dr., Round Lake Park, died yesterday at St. Therese hospital where he had been a patient several weeks.
   Gordon was a freshman at Grant High school in Fox Lake, He was born at Libertyville on Sept. 10, 1929.  He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles D. Porteus.
   Other survivors include two sisters, Ellen Mae and Virginia Anne, both at Home; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Porteus of Mundelein, and his paternal grandfather, Jacob Sturm of Lake Zurich.
   Services will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. at Strang’s Funeral home in Grayslake.  The Rev. James Nelson, pastor of the Round Lake Community church, will officiate and burial will be at Fort Hill cemetery.”
