   One of the most widely known residents of Randall, Oliver Reynolds, 78, who lived on the Twin Lakes road, died this morning at his home after suffering a stroke.  He sustained a broken hip several weeks ago and complications from this injury hastened death.
   He was born May 1, 1861 at Greenwich, N. Y., a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Reynolds, pioneer residents of Kenosha county.  He came to Randall at the age of three.  In 1908, he united in marriage with Tillia Riecht (sic), Chicago.
   Surviving are four daughters, three sons, nine grandchildren, and a sister, Susan Reynolds, of Randall.
   Funeral rites will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the home.  Burial will be in Mount Prairie cemetery.”

Age 80.  Passed away June 1, 1965 (sic) in the Racine County Hospital after a long illness.  Mrs. Reynolds was born in Chicago on December 24, 1884 and had formerly lived at Twin Lakes, Wis., coming to Racine 22 years ago.  She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.  Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Helen Remter, Round Lake, Ill., Mrs Ruby (Frances) Schroeder, Mukwonago, Wis., Mrs. Carol Harney, Detroit, Mich., and Mrs. Ardeen (Florence) Mulder, Racine with whom she had made her home; two sons, Franklin Reynolds, Kenosha, Wis. And Emmett Reynolds of Twin Lakes, Wis.; 24 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Frances Cappelen, Ft. Meyers, Fla.; nieces, nephews, other relatives.  Her husband, Oliver, preceded her in death in 1939 and a son, Donald, passed away in 1934 (sic).  Funeral services will be held Thursday, 8:30 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home and 9 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church, Rev. A. J.    Age 83.  Passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 1987, at St. Mary’s Medical Center.  He was born in Racine, on July 23, 1903, and had lived in Racine most of his life.  He was married to the former Jenet Stoddard on September 14, 1957.  Mr. McGregor retired in 1971 from Belle City Malleable.  He was a member of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church and Belle City Mens Retirement Club.  Surviving are six sons and daughters-in-law, Blair (Sally) McGregor of Seattle, WA, John (Addie Jane) McGregor of Morehead City, NC, Glenn (Momoko) Wilson of Ruther Glen, VA, Mike (Joanna) McGregor of Racine, Gordon R. McGregor Sr., 78, of Morehead City died Thursday, Jan. 4, 2007, at Century Care of the Crystal Coast.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Monday at St. Egbert Catholic Church with the priest, Father Bill Long, officiating.  Burial will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Park.  He was born July 3, 1928, in Racine, Wis., to the late Gordon and Helen Reynolds McGregor.  After school, he enlisted in the United States Marince Corps and served four years at stations in China, Hawaii and Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point.  After 25 years, employment with Home Security Life Insurance Co., he retired in 1986.  Mr. McGregor was a member of the St. Egbert Catholic Church.  He loved fishing and gardening.  He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Addie W. “BETTY J. (MCGREGOR) WISHAU – RACINE – Betty J. Wishau, age 82, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2012 at the Wisconsin Veteran’s Home.  Betty was born in Racine, March 7, 1930 and had been a lifelong area resident.  On October 12, 1961 she was united in marriage to David L. Wishau.  Betty was a longtime member and secretary of the St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church.  She enjoyed gardening, bird watching, walks to the lighthouse, long rides in the country and theater productions.  She was also an avid Green Bay Packers Fan, enjoyed watching golf and tennis, was a voracious reader and a world traveler who visited the Holy Land several times.  Above all she was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be dearly missed.  Survivors include her loving husband of forty-eight years, David, her daughters, Elizabeth Nielsen, Rebecca Wishau; daughter-in-law, Carol Wishau; her grandchildren, Anthony and Patience Vitacco, Rachel Vitacco, Kelsey Wishau; her great grandchildren Autumn Vitacco, Emily, Olivia and Sophia Wallgren, Rocco Vitacco, brothers, Glen, Robert, Milton, and Wayne; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon McGregor and Helen Alsing, daughter, Phyllis Sweet; son, Patrick Wishau; and brothers, Blair, John, Harold McGregor.  Funeral services will be held Monday, June 25, 2012, 11:00 A.M., at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, 1015 Four Mile Rd with Rev.    Frances mended shoes at Schroeder’s Shoe Repair Mukwonago.  She was a volunteer with the Waukesha Blook Bank, coordinating the Mukwonago area.  She was a member of Mount Olive Lutheran Church.
   She is survived by her children, Robert (Kathy) Schroeder of  New Braunfels, Texas, James Schroeder of East Troy, Ruth, “Sally Magruder of Oakley, Calif., Carol (John) Massino of Eagle and Susan (Walter) Trupke of Blanchardville.  She is further survived by 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by her sister, Florence Mulder of Racine.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph, in 1981, and one grandson.
   Visitation will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, at the Schmidt and Bartelt-Van Valin Funeral Home, 315 Main St.  A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev.    Franklin O. Reynolds, 51, 817 18th St., died at Wood Veterans Hospital Saturday morning following an illness of two and one-half months.
   He was born April 28, 1915, in Randall Township, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Reynolds.  He had been a resident of Kenosha for the past 21 years and had been employed as a bartender for the past 13 years.
   On May 15, 1954, he married Miss Barbara Dumke in Waukegan, and she survives him.  He was a veteran of World War II and had served with the Army in the European Theater.
   He is also survived by two daughters, Jill and Judith, at home; one brother, Emmett, Twin Lakes; four sisters, Mrs. Mary (Helen) Alsing, Round Lake, Ill.; Mrs. Rudy (Frances) Schroeder, Mukwonago, Wis; Mrs. Caroline Harney, Detroit, and Mrs. Ardeen (Florence) Mulder, Racine.
   He was preceded in death by his father in 1938 and by his mother in 1965.  Another brother, Don, preceded him in death in 1940.”

   The son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Oliver (Ottilia Reich) Reynolds was born in the state of New York on Aug. 10, 1917.
   In 1948, he married Marian Newhouse, who preceded him in death on Aug. 7, 1967.
   A resident of the Twin Lakes and Genoa City area for 23 years, he owned and operated Whiskey Corners Arco station in Richmond, Ill. for the last 10 years.  Prior to that, he operated the Standard Station in Richmond for nine years.
   Surviving are two sons, Kenneth and Michael, both of Twin Lakes; a stepson, Neil, of La Mesa, Calf.; two stepdaughters, Kathy Byerly, North Chicago, Ill., and Mrs. Ron (Karen) Nace, Victor, Iowa; six grandchildren; and three sisters, Mrs. Art (Florence) Mulder, Racine, Mrs. Helen Alsing, Round Lake, Ill. and Mrs. Frances Schroeder, Mukwanago.

   RACINE – Florence E. (nee: Reynolds) Mulder, 81, passed away in the Lincoln Lutheran Care Center on Sunday evening,  August 12, 2001.
   Mrs. Mulder was born in Wilmot on March 3, 1920, but had lived in Racine most of her life.  Florence was united in marriage to Ardeen Mulder on December 10, 1938, and he preceded her in death on March 8, 1994.
   Mrs. Mulder had been employed by the Hamilton Beach Company for 20 years and then by the  Dremel Manufacturing Company for 10 years.  She was a member of the Gethsemane Evangelical Lutheran Church.  She was a volunteer for the Lincoln Lutheran Home, Meals on Wheels, and the Lincoln Lutheran Coffee Shop.
   Florence is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Dorothy Brezinski and Jeanette (Glenn) Johnson, all of Racine; five grandchildren and their spouses, Cindy (Bill) Dupius, Dianne (Steve) Paulson, Linda (Mike) Galovits, Laura Catrine, and Steve (Marie) Catrine; six great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
   Mrs. Mulder was preceded in death by three brothers, Emmett, Frank, and Donald; and by three sisters, Helen Caroline, and Frances.
   Funeral services will be held in the Wilson Funeral Home on Wednesday morning, August 15, 2001, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Fred H. According to the Journal Times (Racine WI) Monday, March 13, 1944, page 7:

“Automobile Victim Dies in Burlington – Donald Reynolds, 22, of Richmond, Ill., died early today in Burlington Memorial hospital of injuries suffered Sunday morning when his automobile went out of control, climbed an embankment, and struck a tree in Kenosha county.  The impact caused the tree to fall across the car, damaging it further.  Reynolds had just taken a neighbor’s children to a farm where they were to help with the work and was driving to Wilmot village to pick up another person.  Coroner James A Crossin of Kenosha said there would be no inquest.”

“Helen Reynolds, oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. O. Reynolds and Blair Wilson were married at Waukegan on Wednesday.  They are making their home on the A. C. Stoxen farm where the groom is employed”

According to the Journal Times (Racine WI) Saturday, August 14, 1937, page 15:
