“Mildred Gesky
   MILDRED GESKY of Mundelein.  Funeral service for Mildred Gesky (nee Hoffmeier), 89, is 11 AM, Wednesday, at Kristan funeral Home P.C., 219 West Maple Avenue (two blocks west of Route 45 on Route 176) Mundelein.
   Interment will follow in Northshore Garden of Memories, North Chicago.  Visitation is two hours prior to the service from 9-11 AM at the funeral home.
   She was born August 16, 1919 in Libertyville and died Sunday November 30, 2008 at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville.
   Mildred is survived by her sister, Barbara (Eugene) Broom; nephew, Todd (Jaime) Broom; nieces, Norma Lynn (Arley) Armstrong, Sandra Davis; dear friend, David Groenier; and several cousins.
   She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Emma Hoffmeier; husband, Adam; daughter, Betty Jane Gesky; brother, George Hoffmeier; and her sisters, Lil Swanquist, Helen Hoppe.

   Born July 27, 1922, in Libertyville, he died Monday, May 15, 2000, at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington.
   George will be dearly missed by his sisters, Lillian Swanquist, Mildred Gesky and Barbara (Eugene) Broom, all of Mundelein, nieces, Sandra Hoppe and Norma Lynn Armstrong; and nephews, Steven Hoppe and Todd Broom.
   He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Emma (nee Harstrich) Hoffmeier; wife, Doris Hoffmeier (nee Sandberg); and sister, Helen Hoppe.
