Miss Eleanor Rutkowski, 18 years old, 1847 North Hoyne avenue, died yesterday in County hospital of injuries incurred Oct. 3 when she was hurled from a motorcycle after it crashed into an automobile at Elmhurst and Algonquin roads, in Elk Grove township. Ronald Cisczek, 24, of 29 North Lockwood avenue, who was driving the motorcycle, is in a criticl condition in the hospital. The driver of the car was John Kane, 79, of West Allis, Wis.”
